The newly launched Infineon OptiMOS™ 6 200 V product series provides customers with higher power density, efficiency and system reliability, setting a new industry standard.

Lead-free OptiMOS™ 6 TO

Compared with the previous generation OptiMOS™ 3, the OptiMOS™ 6 200 V product portfolio has more powerful technical features, with a 42% reduction in RDS(on), 

helping to reduce conduction losses and increase output power. In terms of diode performance, the softness of OptiMOS™ 6 200 V has been greatly improved to more than 

three times that of OptiMOS™ 3, and Qrr(typ) has been reduced by 89%, significantly improving switching and EMI performance. 

This technology also improves parasitic capacitance linearity (Coss and Crss), reduces oscillation during switching and reduces voltage overshoot. Tighter VGS(th) distribution 

and low transconductance characteristics facilitate MOSFET paralleling and current sharing, making the temperature more uniform and reducing the number of parallel MOSFETs.

OptiMOS™ 6 200 V products have improved SOA and meet MSL 1 level in the J-STD-020 standard. This semiconductor product portfolio is RoHS compliant and lead-free, 

meeting the requirements of current industry standards.

OptiMOS™ 6 200 V products are available in a variety of packages, including PQFN 3.3.x3.3, SuperSO8 5x6, TOLL, TO-220, D2PAK-7P and D2PAK-3P, suitable for a variety of applications.
